How to use Knotty Body treatment cream

1

Apply the right amount

Start small. Use 1/2 to 1 fingernail of Knotty Body cream for grip-based techniques such as fascia release or shear work. For glide-based treatments like circulation or flushing techniques, use around 1 full fingernail of cream.

Less is more. Knotty Body creams are designed to go further, providing the same control and feel with less product than traditional massage creams. Use sparingly and adjust as needed.

2

Plot your path

Apply small dots (blobs) of cream along the targeted treatment area. Spread evenly before beginning your technique, maintaining smooth, controlled strokes and consistent pressure throughout.

You will quickly feel how the cream adapts to your touch - giving you the perfect balance between grip and glide for every treatment.

3

Adjust as needed

During fascia-focused or deep tissue work, you may need to reapply a small amount if your patient feels excessive heat or friction.

That warmth is part of the friction effect that supports deeper release. Simply adjust your pressure or add a touch more cream to keep the session comfortable and effective.

4

Finish clean

At the end of treatment, only a light film may remain on the skin. If required, gently wipe with a towel, leaving the area feeling nourished and not greasy.
