How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $120. Shipping on orders under $120 is charged at a flat rate of $9.95.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually arrives within:

  • 3–5 business days (metro areas)
  • 5–8 business days (regional / rural)

Tracking will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped in your confirmation email.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

Delivery is handled by Australia Post / Sendle / other third party senders once your order leaves our facility.

If your parcel appears delayed, please check your tracking link first.

If it has not moved for several days or appears missing, contact us at info@knottybody.com and we will:

  1. Assist in lodging an investigation with the courier
  2. Provide updates as the courier investigates
  3. Issue a replacement or refund if the courier confirms the parcel is lost

What’s your return and replacement policy?

Each Knotty Body cream is formulated and tested by health professionals to ensure quality and consistency.

Due to hygiene standards and the professional nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

When am I eligible for a return or replacement?

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:

1. Damaged or faulty items: If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise unsuitable for use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Incorrect or missing items: If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, notify us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Lost parcels: Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post / Sendle and other third party services. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will help lodge an investigation. A replacement or refund will be issued if the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

  • Full name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • Faulty / damaged / incorrect items: Knotty Body covers return postage.
  • All other cases: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

No items may be returned without contacting our team first.
