I absolutely love knotty body creams!! I have been using them for over 12 months now and they're the perfect consistency of glide and grip and a little goes a long way which I find super helpful when treating clients compared to other creams that feel too slippery and oily, which can make myofascial release and deep tissue work a challenge. I have had many clients ask what I use and they also love the feeling of the creams as they are left moisturised but not sticky or oily post treatment!! You can definitely tell these creams are made with high grade/ high quality ingredients and are perfect even for those with allergies or sensitivities, including myself that suffers from eczema on my hands however I have not had an issue at all with knotty body. The original scent is my go to but the mint is also a close favourite adding a nice cooling effect.
